OUR STORE
We are a family-run, web-based business, out of Sacramento, California. We are happy to provide local pickup for our customers in the Greater Sacramento Area. We also host monthly Open House events to showcase the products (you are never obligated to buy anything at these events!). Please see our Events Calendar for more details. If the Open House events do not work for your schedule please send us an email; we're also happy to meet with you by appointment.
We also love doing fairs and fundraisers--just send us an email!
HOME SHOWS / BABY SHOWERS
We are happy to announce our new Home Shows! Invite your friends, listen to a brief presentation about the products available, then go shopping! As a thank you, the host/ess will receive 10% of the show sales in a credit towards your purchases!
RETURNS
Unwashed and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All or part of the Cloth Diaper Starter Package may be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Refunds will be prorated based on the items returned. A 10% restocking fee applies to all items returned. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Although product defects are rare, they do sometimes happen. Please contact us if you have a product that is defective. Most manufacturers we do business with require customers to make contact with them directly so that a replacement product can be shipped as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure you are fully satisfied with our products.
SHIPPING
Shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We try to reuse packaging material whenever possible to help conserve resources.
Shipping is FREE on orders over $50 within the continental US! Please contact us for a quote for shipping elsewhere.
